QQS have established an extensive and carefully compiled learning process. Both John and Azizah have probably the most extensive history of educational training of any broker or trainer. John is Chair of the Trainers committee.

The QQS new user training is unique in structure and depth: it focuses on

• Providing a comprehensive understanding of the QXCI-SCIO principles
• Establishing this as a foundation, rather than protocols for diseases
• Ensuring that users can start in practice very shortly after completing level 1
• Varied teaching approaches are used - lectures, live, worksheets, questionnaires.

Mission Statement

John took the lead in initiating a seminar and diploma structure for the UK in September 2001 with the intention of providing a focused learning opportunity to provide continuing education for QX users, both to support  use and provide specialist background knowledge in particular topic areas. Azizah Clayton has been involved since 2003 and jointly we offer regular small group seminars.

We have set this in progress with the following facets

• A team structure of hosts that have experience in the education process. This team is now being formed, independent of sales activities.
• Access to, support and training in, other energetic medicine systems.
• A 1 day seminar every 3 months.
• The seminar structure to achieve a balance between
• Support information (e.g. homeopathic, toxicity basics)
• Navigating and using the QXCI facilities
• Live client demonstrations
• Time for general QX questions
• The presenters will have expertise in using the QX facilities in their topics.
• Host dialogue with presenters in advance to optimise each seminar, in accordance with structure guidelines.
• The attendees to have a say in what they want to learn and the most appropriate learning structure for them. This relies on feedback - the hosts will respond to hearing this and will adjust.
• Rooms that will accommodate attendees in comfort.
• Handouts to support and reinforce the day’s learning.
